Understanding Histograms

1.     What is a histogram?
 It's a tool that many cameras have, that give a quick summary of the tonal range present in any given image.
2.     What happens to the visual when a histogram is skewed to the left? Right?
Left-It graphs the tones in your image from black

3.     In most cases, what does a “good” histogram look like?
a.     Describe your answer in words... a good histrogram looks like a well balance photo, unless you are trying to aim at a certain topic.

It helps the photographers create the effect that they are aiming for the viewers.
